Management Team
SAMIAN recognizes the importance of sound corporate governance underpinned by transparency and diversity within its management. In order to achieve this, the company has two executive directors and three non-executive directors including a supporting role from a financial director, all of whom participate on the Board.

Kimberly joined Samian as a Director, with responsibility for broker liaison and education in the USA, as well as global responsibility for claims.

As we expand, senior management within the company will form part of the Executive Committee.
In addition, SAMIAN has a team of in-house underwriters, analysts and intermediary support executives, all of whom are experienced in the field of Intellectual Property and insurance.
